Main Street Dreaming | Terms of Service

1. Nature of Services Main Street Dreaming provides vacation planning consultation and logistical strategy services. We operate solely as independent consultants and advisors. We do not provide travel agency services, nor do we act as an authorized representative for any travel provider.

2. Non-Affiliation Disclaimer Main Street Dreaming is a private, independent entity. We are not affiliated with, authorized by, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with The Walt Disney Company, Disney Enterprises, Inc., Walt Disney World Resort, or any of their subsidiaries or affiliates.

3. Financial Transactions & Bookings Main Street Dreaming does not execute financial transactions on behalf of the Client. All reservations—including but not limited to lodging, park admission, and dining—must be secured and paid for by the Client directly through official Disney channels. We do not collect, store, or have access to Client credit card information or login credentials.

4. Communication & Business Hours To maintain the quality of our service, all strategy and curation is conducted during business hours [Insert Your Hours, e.g., Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm EST]. While we strive for promptness, please allow 24-48 hours for a response to non-emergency planning inquiries.

5. Limitation of Liability & Force Majeure Main Street Dreaming provides recommendations based on current operational knowledge; however, we are not liable for changes in Disney’s policies, pricing, ride availability, or the inability to secure specific reservations. We are not responsible for "Acts of God," including but not limited to extreme weather, pandemics, or Disney-wide technical failures (e.g., app outages) that may impact the execution of your curated strategy.

6. Client Responsibility The Client is responsible for reviewing all confirmation emails from Disney to ensure dates, names, and reservation details are accurate. Main Street Dreaming is not responsible for any errors made during the Client’s direct booking process.

7. Intellectual Property & Privacy All custom itineraries and strategic guides provided are for the Client's personal, non-commercial use only. Redistribution or resale is prohibited. We value your privacy; personal information collected is used solely for the purpose of your vacation curation and will never be sold to third parties.

8. General Terms & Governing Law Main Street Dreaming reserves the right to terminate services due to unprofessional conduct or failure to provide necessary trip details. These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina and Oklahoma. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, effective immediately upon posting.
